The report summarised the outcome of the Scrutiny Review of Planning Enforcement and highlighted a number of service improvements recommended by the Overview and Scrutiny Committee at its meeting on 6 March 2012.
The Cabinet resolved that:
The changes implemented in the course of the Scrutiny Review of Planning Enforcement be noted and the specific matters identified at paragraph 1.2.1 of the report be endorsed and implemented.
Reasons: As set out in the reports of the Director of Planning, Transport and Leisure to Cabinet and Overview and Scrutiny Committee of 6 March 2012.
